That's right..in less than 4 weeks the trip will have commenced. Whilst we would not have started peddling yet we will have arrived in Lhasa and experiencing the effects of altitude. I am pretty excited now...
Set off this morning for a ride....we went to Centennial Park and did a few laps around....at not a bad pace of I do say so myself. Riding through the CBD during the week is definitely more challenging than on a Sunday morning. Hoping to put a few more km's under the belt this week as well as at least one boxing class to keep upper body going as well.
A nice start to the day (once I am out of bed that is...)
