Today was the coldest day that Sydney had seen in 21 years. The ambient temperature on the car was 3.5 degrees at 8.30 am. Even the snow flake came on the dashboard of the car!!!! Trumpet our dog was shivering on his morning walk and Jonathon purchased him a doggie jacket with polar fleece lining. It even has pockets in the side for his mobile phone and his taxi fare home ..) He really loves it!!!
As far as training went, the stationary trainer in the living room was a good choice. I put on the cycle training DVD and did a one hour session. These DVD's really work and by the time it is over I am happy to still be in the living area as I generally fall off the bike directly into the chair in order to catch my breath and recover.
