Photos of the Friday morning crew ...we have a good laugh
Pitch black, and a hill run this morning. Also managed a set of stairs five times until some nearby residents came out to complain..mind you they were leaving for work so I guess they were awake already unless they intended going to work in their PJ's. Apparently the huffing and puffing of peopl erunning up a set of public stairs was too much for them to cope with???Continued on for a sprint and boxing set, followed by some serious ab busting...ouch I think we all felt that one...I am still feeling it.
Only two more Friday morning sessions left with P before she goes off and gets hitched....
