Today is JG's birthday, now officially midlle aged if you believe the hype, but he does not look a day over 35, so he really has nothing to worry about.
The birthday fairy delivered him a cyclops indoor trainer with time trial DVD which he promptly got up and trained with...mean while I had 1 hour extra sleep. This week has been an absolute shocker for training. The weather unpredicatble along with being extremely busy work wise and with organising fundraising it really is hard to squeeze it all in. Nevertheless I managed a spin class and boxing class and one day on the bike this week. Need to get in 2 long rides before I go...somehow.
